G&E Custom Builders & Developers originated 32 years ago with our primary focus on residential construction and developing. G&E has since been able to expand their building experience, marketing and custom designing to meet the large demand for creative lake building.

Because of our knowledge of the lakes area, we are able to develop the most premier shoreline. The buyers we meet will always have a good selection of lake lots to choose from. We also offer maintenance-free town homes living on/off the lakes as well as individuality of private lots.

The carpenters we employ have been with us for numerous years and show their experience plus understand the expectations of each buyer. We all realize that building has to be carried out in a timely fashion with no sacrifice of quality.
